Email Vs Postal Mail

I think that we can all agree that the absolute easiest way to send mail is through email. The fact that it is quicker, accurate, and free makes email the top choice. When you send out an email it doesn't need a overpriced stamp or box to send just the click of a mouse. In order for anyone to send anything to you through email your email address has to be accurate. This makes it so that the person emailing you has to know your email address exactly or else their message won't get to you.Email is completely FREE! It's also very convenient to use email. You don't have to run around the city looking for the nearest post office ,but you can use your home computer. Email is even available on cell phones so that makes it even easier. The only downfalls to using email are viruses and spam. Some viruses that are through the email system can shut down a whole system so people using email should never open emails from unknown sources. Spam is very annoying in email in boxes and there is unfortunately no way to completely get rid of it.t seems that even with these minor issues email is the greatest thing since french toast.

U.S. postal mail is what I call the "old fashion" way to get your letter across the world. There are still good things about the system ,but there seems to be more bad things . It allows personalized letters to be sent out to loved ones. Besides that postal mail is time consuming, slow, and not accurate. Think about the last time you had to go to a post office.I'm pretty sure there were lines of people everywhere waiting to reach the front desk. With email there are no lines. Normal shipping times are usually 5-7 business days with U.S. mail.Emails are sent in seconds and they even make it to people on weekends and holidays. There are many times where I have received the wrong letter with the wrong name ,but because the post man saw that the item had the same address they still delivered it . Postal mail seems to be a waste of time even on holidays when your expecting letters from your family members because rarely do you receive those letters on time and that's because of the big holiday mail pot. This is the same pot that ate all of your dear santa letters and has you still wondering why you never get what you wanted for Christmas. Postal mail isn't the easiest way to get things delivered ,but we continue to use it because we haven't found a way to send college texts books electronically. People want the books physically.

Email or Postal mail? It seems that email is the best choice ,but there are people who still love the "old fashion" postal mail system. I'm sure sending the letter through postal mail gives people a sense of security that the letter will make it.However, alot of the times the letter doesn't make it at all. If they would've used email the letter they sent out would show up in their outbox and they would know for sure that their letter was sent and received.Email and Postal mail do have similarities like a mail box, addresses, chain letters, photos, and post offices. However, those similarities don't do the postal mail justice. I grew up in the times of email so that's what I will continue to use. Looks like you'll just have to make your choice based on the facts.
